FLOWER ESSENCES

About Flower Essences

I am certified in mind/body medicine, life counselling and flower essence therapy and sometime use this tool in my life-coaching and counselling.

Flower Essence Therapy is an ancient healing discipline and mind/body medicine that has some of its oldest known living tradition with the Nyoongah Aboriginal people of the South West of Australia.

LIVING ESSENCES OF AUSTRALIA who Grace is certified with has been developing flower essences and natural products that use these essences since 1977. While this is a long time it is important to understand flowers have been used for thousands of years to heal by Australian Aboriginal people as well as Buddhist monks to heal body and mind.

The Western world was re-introduced to flower essence therapy through Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930’s. Since the 1970’s new researchers continued until now there are flower essences produced on every continent.

Flower Essence Therapy, using wildflower essences as taught in the government accredited courses of the LiFE Academy/Living Essences, are used in hospitals and natural health clinics, and as an application in psychology and massage therapies.

The great part about flower essences are they are very safe and may be used by everyone, including children and animals.

Taking the Oral Dosage

There are three methods of taking the oral dose.

  1. The flower essence can be taken, one drop under the tongue six times over the day.
  2. The flower essence can be taken six drops in a half glass of water, morning and late

  3. Take 6 drops under the tongue morning & night and store next to your bed.

Treat flower essences carefully and gently so they keep their potency. Store away from direct sunlight. extreme heat, mobile phones, microwaves, speakers.

A Very Intuitive Coach

Grace is a very intuitive coach and a fantastic listener. I felt nurtured and encouraged the entire coaching series. I am now more joyful, more vibrant and at ease & am enjoying life more. I'm very conscious of my thoughts and able to change them. I've learned how to create boundaries & how to create new positive daily habits that set me up for a better day. I have learnt that I choose how I respond to how I feel and that the happiness I experience each day is determined by me. This has been a deep but calming journey of self discovery where I am feeling more vibrant, connected and much happier in my personal and professional life.
