Hi, it’s Grace here.

I’m here to help you on your life journey towards being at your best and fulfilling some of your greatest dreams and goals.

Maybe you’d like a session to help you hit the reset button during a tough time, or maybe you’d like my help along a journey towards achieving a goal, I help in both ways. My clients have achieved all types of life goals, like being fitter and healthier than they ever dreamed, growing love relationships, starting a family, finishing a 10km and half marathon race and even completing an Ironman Triathlon! In our sessions, I look at the whole person, mind, body and especially soul to help you get the best out of yourself.

We work towards you fulifling your goals and enjoying the journey. If you choose, I can use the incredible healing properties of flower essences, which I have studied and am certified in. I’m qualified in personal training, holistic life-counselling and positive psychology. It is completely safe, grounded, spiritual and… most of all, it works beautifully.

There are two types of coaching I provide to my clients:

1) Initial Soul Power Consult (90mins)

2) Holistic Counselling/coaching – ongoing sessions (60mins)
